I got a package from my friend at Interscope yesterday...here's what I got. Note, most of this shit will be traded in for GOOD stuff. We'll start with the good/decent, and work our way down to the crap.

Ms. Dynamite "A Little Deeper" CD
Queens of The Stone Age "Songs For The Deaf" CD
2Pac "Better Dayz" CD
Sheryl Crow "C'mon, C'mon" CD
Vanessa Carlton "Be Not Nobody" CD
50 Cent "Get Rich or Die Tryin" CD
8 Mile Soundtrack CD
Eminem "The Eminem Show" CD
So, needless to say, the last 6 will be traded ASAP...last thing I need is someone actually thinking I WANT to own those albums. I'll trade the Queens too because I have it already. I'll probably ditch the U2 because, while in theory I like their old stuff, I just can't imagine me EVER putting that CD into my CD player. I want to check out the Ms. Dynamite CD to see what all the hype is about. And the House of 1,000 Corpses is worth keeping for the packaging alone. I have yet to listen to it...it looks like it's mostly Rob Zombie, so I'm sure I'll end up selling that one too. The new Yeah Yeah Yeahs is good though. It sounds like old Yeah Yeah Yeahs, but it's good to know they didn't sacrifice their integrity for that mighty Major Label dollar.
And, due to an oversight from my buddy that runs Mid Fi Records, I now own 2 copies of the brand new Supersuckers CD. And it FUCKING ROCKS!
Amber Halo's playing tomorrow night at the Cooler. Bronson are having their CD release party Sunday night at the Double Down Saloon.
Whew...I'm tired already just thinking about it all.
